It has been a year since the release of the first version of WhoDoes, we are pleased to announce the new release of WhoDoes 2.0!
WhoDoes 2.0 is an application completely renewed.- new instruments that make planning and managing of projects even more simpler and faster

- a new approach aimed at favouring the collaboration between users
More simplicty, less costraints
We have made WhoDoes 2.0 even faster and more flexible, eliminating all the unecessary constraints and introducing Fast Planning, an instrument that allows you to plan a project in just a few minutes.
More collaboration, less control
The concept of WhoDoes 2.0 was to facilitate and provide incentives to the collaboration of the people inside the project team.
Reducing the control elements, we have further reduced the distance between who plans and who performs the task, allowing team members to plan their activities daily.
Teamwork - New Feature
WhoDoes 2.0 introduces a new concept of extended teamwork that will allow you to invite the users of the WhoDoes Network, to participate in projects, it will be possible to invite all the people that use WhoDoes and those who have chosen to be visible within the Network.
It will be even easier to assign team members of the company to projects: all the users with the same company e-mail domain can actually be assigned directly to the projects without the invite procedure.
Project Email - New Feature
The Project E-mail is an innovative solution that allows you to archive and share within the Repository all the project e-mail communication exchanged.
The information contained in the e-mail is centralizing in a shared archive that consents the whole team to remain updated with the communications done related to the project.
Reverse compatibility
WhoDoes 2.0 is perfectly compatible with the previous version of the application, logging into your Account you will find your projects just as you had them planned before.
